Getting started

Which account does the dashboard show, and how do I switch?

The dashboard, Trades, Stats, the calendar, the review queue and the day types all follow the switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. Pick one account or "All accounts". Accounts are added, renamed and archived in Settings > Accounts, one per prop eval, funded account or personal account, and an import always goes into one of them.

What to do

  1. 1

Click the Account card at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, open the menu and look under Account.

  2. 2

Pick "All accounts" or one account. The page reloads with that account; the choice is kept for a year in your browser.

  3. 3

To add one, open Settings > Accounts, type a name such as Apex Eval 50K, pick Sim, Live, Eval or Funded, and click "Add account".

  4. 4

To rename or change the type, edit the row and click Save. To hide one, click "Archive"; "Restore" brings it back.

What follows the switcher

Dashboard, Trades, Review queue and its badge, Insights, Ideas, Day types, Calendar, Monthly and Stats. The Trades subtitle says "all accounts" or the account's name. The import page and the Add trade form use it as the default account. Plan & Review, Library, Friends, Groups, Feedback and Settings do not follow it: a plan is for the day, whichever account you traded.

What the dashboard shows

  • The subtitle: "last 30 days · N trades", your timezone, and the trading day setting when it is not the default.
  • The verdict card: "This week's execution" with the score and how it moved, or "Rule check", or the last 30 days.
  • Four tiles over the last 30 days: Net P&L (after commissions), Win rate with expectancy, Profit factor with payoff, Max drawdown.
  • The month: a letter for the average grade, a dot for a filed plan, ! for a rule break, a tint for net P&L, a square for the day type, and missed setups.
  • The equity curve over 30 days, the weekly focus, and "What to fix next" with the top three findings.
  • A getting-started checklist for a new account, with Hide and Show.

Accounts and imports

  • Every signup starts with one account called Main, of type Sim.
  • The import page has an Account dropdown; the file goes into that account. An archived account cannot be picked.
  • A commission per contract is saved on the account, see Why is my P&L different from my exchange?.
  • To move trades, select them on the Trades page and use "Move to account..." in the bar at the bottom.
  • Account names are unique. Types are labels only; nothing is computed from them.

Archived accounts

Archiving hides an account from the switcher and the import page. Its trades stay and still count under "All accounts", where the table shows a question mark as the account name. If the archived account was the selected one, you drop back to All accounts. Accounts cannot be deleted and have no starting balance; the dashboard's drawdown is measured off the 30-day curve.
