TraderSync pricing (2026): Pro, Premium and Elite, and which one you need

TraderSync has three paid plans and no free one: Pro at $29.95 a month, Premium at $49.95 and Elite at $79.95, or a quarter off if you pay for a year. Here's what you get at each level, what you only get in Elite, and the refund rule worth knowing before you pay for a year.

The short version

TraderSync costs $29.95, $49.95 or $79.95 a month, or $22.46, $37.46 and $59.96 a month if you pay for a year up front. There's a 7-day trial and no free plan, and payments are non-refundable. Pro has almost all of the analytics, so most traders don't need more unless they run more than five accounts. It's good value if you'll use the replay and the AI assistant. If you mostly want to know which mistakes cost you most, you're paying for a lot you won't open.

Pay for TraderSync if
  • You'll use market replay to practise every week
  • You want broker sync instead of uploading files
  • You want an AI assistant to answer questions about your trades
  • $270 to $720 a year is easy money for you
Look elsewhere if
  • You're not profitable yet and every subscription hurts
  • You run more than five accounts and don't want to pay for Premium
  • You want your rules checked on every trade, not more reports
  • You'd rather try a free journal before paying for one

Paying yearly saves 25%: $89.85 a year on Pro, $149.85 on Premium and $239.85 on Elite compared with twelve monthly payments. Every plan has a 7-day free trial, and there's no free plan.

The analytics are the same on every plan: stocks, futures, forex, crypto and options with spread recognition, MFE and MAE, exit analysis, a risk exposure report, fees and commissions applied automatically, the mobile app and public trade sharing. What you pay more for is accounts, replay detail, AI messages and backtesting.

One small inconsistency on TraderSync's own page: the Pro plan card says 5 strategies, the comparison table says 3. Ask support if that number matters to you.

The catch: no refunds, not even pro-rated

TraderSync's billing policy says all payments are non-refundable and it doesn't give pro-rated refunds. Plans renew automatically every month or year from the day you bought them, and the policy says it's your job to confirm a cancellation went through.

That matters most for the yearly price. $269.52 for Pro looks cheaper than twelve months at $29.95, but if you stop using it in month two the rest of the year is gone. Pay monthly until you're sure you'll keep journaling. The trial doesn't let you export trades or executions, so you can't test getting your data back out before you pay.

Which plan should you pick?

  • Pro ($22.46 to $29.95 a month): enough for most traders. All the analytics, broker sync, replay at 1-minute detail and up to five accounts.
  • Premium ($37.46 to $49.95 a month): you run more than five accounts, want more than three strategies or trade plans, or want second-by-second replay.
  • Elite ($59.96 to $79.95 a month): you scalp and want Level II and the tape in replay, automated backtesting and the AI coach.

The honest test: look at last month. If you didn't open the replay once, Pro is the most you need, and a free journal may be enough. Paying for practice tools you don't use is the most common way traders overspend on software.

Cancelling, upgrading and old prices

  • Cancel: log in, go to Account Plan and click Cancel Subscription. If it doesn't work, the policy points to info@tradersync.com.
  • Upgrade: from the website, with the new plan's price pro-rated for the days you've already used.
  • Old prices: if you keep a subscription running without a break you keep your old rate. Let it lapse and you pay the current price when you come back.
  • Payment: credit card only.

Actal is the one I built. It has no replay, no AI chat and no broker sync: you upload a file after the session. What it does is check every trade against your own rules, grade it on execution and put a dollar cost on every mistake, so the weekly review tells you exactly what to fix. Unlimited accounts, commissions, R, MFE and MAE and screenshots are all included, free during the beta.

Who wrote this

I'm Joakim. I trade index futures full time and coach traders at Jusell Trading Academy. Students ask me which journal to pay for all the time, and I'd rather they spend nothing than pay a year up front for tools they won't open. I built Actal, so weigh that, but every TraderSync figure here is from its own site and dated.
