Tradervue vs TraderSync (2026): price, features and which to pick
Tradervue and TraderSync cost the same on paper, $29.95 and $49.95 a month for the two plans most people pick. What you get for it is very different. Tradervue is a focused journal with strong reports and no frills. TraderSync adds market replay, an AI assistant and phone apps. Here's how they compare and which one fits whom.
The short version
At the same monthly price, TraderSync gives you more: replay, an AI assistant, phone apps, crypto, a 25% yearly discount, and commissions and fees on every plan. Tradervue is simpler, has unlimited accounts on its cheaper plan, and still has a free tier of 30 trades a month. Pick Tradervue for a clean, focused journal or a few trades a week, and TraderSync if you'll use the extra tools.
- You take a few trades a week and the free tier covers you
- You run more than five accounts and want to pay $29.95
- You want a focused journal without replay or AI
- Your mentor already uses Tradervue

Price
Month to month they cost the same: $29.95 for Tradervue Silver or TraderSync Pro, $49.95 for Tradervue Gold or TraderSync Premium. Two things change the picture.
- TraderSync is 25% cheaper paid yearly. Tradervue shows no yearly price, so a year of Silver is $359.40 against $269.52 for TraderSync Pro.
- What you need for net P&L. Tradervue puts commissions and fees, and its risk tracking, on Gold at $49.95. TraderSync has fees and its risk exposure report on Pro. If you want results after costs, compare Tradervue Gold with TraderSync Pro.
Tradervue's free tier still exists, 30 trades a month according to its help center, though the pricing page no longer lists it. TraderSync has none. Neither is cheap if you're not profitable yet. More in Tradervue pricing and TraderSync pricing.
Features
- Reports. Both are strong. Tradervue has over 100 reports, with exit analysis and liquidity reports on Gold. TraderSync's MFE and MAE, exit efficiency and risk reports are on every plan.
- Replay and AI. TraderSync has market replay to practise and Cypher to answer questions about your trades. I found neither on Tradervue's site.
- Accounts. Tradervue Silver allows unlimited trading accounts. TraderSync Pro lists five.
- Mentoring. Tradervue gives a mentor read-only access to your journal with private comments, if both of you pay. TraderSync shares single trades with a mentor.
- Crypto. Tradervue only handles CME and CBOE Bitcoin futures. TraderSync supports crypto on every plan.
- Phone. TraderSync has iOS and Android apps. I found no Tradervue app.
Which one should you pick?
- Pick Tradervue if you take a few trades a week and the free tier covers you, if you want a clean journal without extra tools, or if you run many accounts on a budget.
- Pick TraderSync if you'll use replay or the AI, trade crypto, want a phone app, or want net P&L after fees on the cheaper plan.
- Pick neither yet if you want to know which of your mistakes costs the most before paying for anything.
Or something different: Actal
Both are journals you analyse yourself. Actal, which I built, grades every trade A to F on how well you followed your plan, checks it against your own rules, and puts a running dollar cost on each mistake so the most expensive one becomes your focus for the week. It's free while in beta, with no trade or account limit. It has no broker sync, replay or AI.

Questions people ask
Drop in one export. In a minute Actal grades the trades it can, prices the mistakes you tagged, and tells you the first thing to fix. Free during beta, no card.

Full-time index futures trader. Coaches traders one-on-one at Jusell Trading Academy, five students at a time, since 2020. No platform was built for developing traders, so he had his own coaching software built; old students loved it and kept coming back, and Actal is that software turned into a proper journal for what matters.
